Brush Up, Honey Bun!

One of the best things about this blog is that it allows me to blow off a little steam. My last blog entry mentioned the not-so-nice comment USMCman made about my hair. Well, I can ease my annoyance by sharing a little story about USMCman (who does NOT read this blog).

When our family finishes with a toothbrush, I usually store the brush under the sink and use it for help with cleaning the toilet. (Gets into the hinges quite nicely, thank you!) My son had a really cool toothbrush with an orca-shaped handle. He loved it. Unfortunately, Pesty1 got sick and my policy is: when you're sick, we change your toothbrush. So, OrcaBrush went to live under the sink with the other scrungey toothbrushes.

A week or so later, I walk into the bathroom and see USMCman brushing his pearly whites with vigor... and with the ORCA BRUSH! Horrified, I shrieked, "What are you doing?!?!?!" He gives me the ????? look and keeps brushing. Gagging, I explained that the toothbrushes under the sink were not "extras", they were FOUL, NASTY, PEE-COVERED SCRUBBERS!

USMCman went several shades of green. Apparently, he had misplaced his toothbrush while standing duty over the past weekend, and thought the brushes under the sink were "available". Ewwwww! (The ones in the factory-sealed package are available, Mr. Yuck Mouth!)

Hee hee. I still chuckle when I think of it. Hee hee. I may have trailer trash hair, but at least I don't brush with pee pee water!

Ah, poetic justice. And it's not as if you just secretly switched his regular toothbrush with a pee pee toothbrush--he brought it upon himself! Heh!

Poor USMCman--I can just see the look on his face! Bwahahahahaha

Yes, it was USMCman's BRUSH with death! Ha! My mom thought it was funny, too, and now every time she sends out a package, it always includes a lone toothbrush--clean and in a sealed package!

Oh, don't feel sorry for him, XCircMan. It was time for his little downward turn of the Karma wheel.

That has got to be the funniest thing I have read in just about FOREVER!!! I too can imagine the look on USMCMan's face. It is the image I am going to use from now on to cheer myself up when I am feeling down. Thank you for your donation to the war effort.
